You can request deletion of your Kotoba Cross account and associated cloud data directly in the app.
Delete Account in the App
Open Kotoba Cross.
Go to Settings.
Open Profile.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.
What Will Be Deleted
Your cloud account profile and login bindings.
Learning progress, level records, and account-linked settings stored in our backend.
Membership binding data associated with the deleted account, unless retention is required for payment reconciliation, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Local Data
Some cached data may remain on your device after account deletion. You can remove local data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data from your device settings.

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and include "Kotoba Cross Account Deletion" in the subject.
