These Terms of Service govern your use of Kotoba Cross (日语九宫格), provided by Kejitu (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Kotoba Cross provides Japanese kana crossword levels, study cards, statistics, account sync, and membership unlock features. Some functions may require internet access, login, or purchase.
You are responsible for keeping your login method secure. You must not abuse the service, attack backend systems, bypass paid limits, impersonate others, or use the app for illegal purposes.
Kotoba Cross offers a lifetime unlock membership for non-N5 levels. The standard lifetime unlock price is RMB 12. Users who complete N5 may be eligible for a RMB 6 lifetime unlock offer when available in the app.
iOS purchases are processed by Apple App Store In-App Purchase. Android or other supported payments may be processed through Alipay or WeChat Pay. Purchase availability, taxes, refunds, and payment disputes may be governed by the relevant payment platform rules.
For Apple App Store purchases, refund requests must follow Apple’s refund process. For Alipay or WeChat Pay purchases, contact us if the membership entitlement is not delivered after successful payment verification.
The app, interface, learning content, game design, software code, and related materials are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use the app for personal learning purposes, but you may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except as permitted by law.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve the app, maintain security, comply with law, or support operational needs.
The app is provided for language learning and entertainment. We do not guarantee that all learning content will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted at all times.
You may request account deletion in the app or through the account deletion instructions page. Deletion may remove cloud account data, learning records, and account bindings, subject to legally required retention for payment and security records.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
